Our Roof Top Solar power system may emphasis the importance of the after sales services. We have trained technical officers. They constantly monitoring the system was in on line. Our engineer solve all the technical problem was in on line. If he has have any problem in sorting out the errors, he shall contact the factory engineers in China in online and short it out the problems were in online. Otherwise on the advice of the factory we supply a spare unit of the inverter and remove the defective unit out of site to our workshop and repair same. If failing in repairing we shall act with the advice of the factory we provide a replacement as per the condition of the warrantee.
