Our Chairman Managing Director is a Charted accountant since 1970. He worked with multinational companies. His last employment was in the eight Engineering companies involving with all the discipline in the whole field of engineering and his last job was as Group Director Finance.
We have had the following companies
(a) Civimech Engineering company in 1980 constructed Dehiwala crossroads with open drainage system with Ensang Engineering (Pvt) Ltd of Singapore, worked with Pilipins engineers.
(b)Civimech Engineering company in 1986 constructed cover duct drainage project at Blumendal Road, Colombo for National Water Supplies Drainage Board. This is a World bank funded project. The consultant engineers were from Unites Estates.
(c)Civmecon Engineering (Pvt) ltd in 1989/1990 contracted for Galle Road rehabilitation construction project for Colombo Municipal Council. The Consultants was W.S. Atkin International (Pvt) Ltd of United Kingdom. The Galle Road rehabilitation project was involving with the construction of first ever road carpeting project in Sri Lanka along with sewerage line system and surface drainage system and electric and Tele communication ducts.
(d)In the year of 1999 to 2010 under the name of Lotus Apartment (Pvt) Ltd built 60 nos apartments in Colombo 5 and Colombo 06. These were luxury apartments over 5 floors of condominium apartments
(e)Lotus Apartments (Pvt) Ltd was the first company moved into Malabe area and built and sold luxury 2 storied houses of 120 units during the year 2000 to 2010.
Presently we have involved with roof top solar power system installation all over Sri Lanka such as Colombo, Jaffna, Anuradhapura and Matara. We have installed over 100 solar power systems. These solar power systems have earned our reputation since 2014. In general, we have had the backing of the engineers specialized in solar power. He is a graduate Engineer also, have qualified technical officers and system installation staff with years of experience. We commenced the roof top solar power system installation since 2014. Our Company have installed several roof top solar power systems all around Sri Lanka. You shall go to our web site and find out the details, and the performances. Further you shall observe that the roof top solar power system of Cemet Quality (Pvt) Ltd are being produced around 140+ units per kw. Thus our customers are receiving an annual return around 30% + for their investment. Therefore, they have recovered their invested capital within 3 ½ years to 4 years. The balance 16 years income receivable from this operation is their net profit.
In the recent past the prospective customers are advising us wrongly and demanded us to install the inverter and panels at their choice. Also, they have bargained for a lower price. So, we have compelled to install the system as per their choice.
The prospective customer shall call for quotation from any one. But you shall mention our quoted products without our price. Then the prospective customer will get the quotations from others. Then you shall evaluate the quotations and could be able to finalize the required solar power system. We give estimates and our specialized engineer shall advice you to the way to select the best price for the best products.
In the above circumstances if we compelled to install the materials at the choice of the prospective customer we cannot give our warrantee for their product other than the manufacturers warrantee. Since we have compelled to install a solar system at the choice of customers, then we can’t assure the best production and cannot give them the after sales and services.
These customers cannot yield the expected production from the system and will not receive the expected return for their capital invested in this project.
We advise the prospective investors cannot go for the lower price. You shall invest your money wisely with our advice and enjoy the maximum return for your investment with our efficient after sales and services.
